Job summary
This position involves identifying accounts with outstanding balances, contacting customers by email and phone to address their outstanding balance, working with clients to collect their outstanding balance or negotiating payment plans. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of receivables experience, effective communication skills and ability to handle disputes.
