The promoter manager role at PayJoy involves managing field marketing agencies and teams to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that drives customer engagement. Responsibilities include leading regional demand generation strategies, overseeing relationships with field marketing agencies, establishing performance targets for field marketing teams, coordinating promoter personnel design contract scalability models for each commercial partner analyzing sales data etc.
