This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Manager located in Quezon City, Philippines.
The Administrative Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, coordinate office processes, and ensure the efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
The role also involves overseeing facility maintenance, employee records management, and assisting with financial and human resources functions.Qualifications
Proven expertise in office administration, organizational management, and business operations
Minimum of 3 years in Supervisor Role and 3 years in Managerial Role
Knowledge in property and facilities/building maintenance is a must
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage administrative teams and coordinate office activities effectively
Proficiency in documentation, records management, and the use of common office software
Experience in budgeting, financial processes, and overseeing company resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and employee coordination
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is an advantage
