ABOUT THE COMPANY
Sinotech Asia Construction Inc. is a professional construction firm in the Philippines specializing in civil, structural, and building works for major real estate developers. We are driven by quality execution, safety compliance, and disciplined project management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage daily site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work progress aligns with project schedule and target milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilisation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Review and approve work accomplishments and billings
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly
- Oversee quality control and inspection of works
- Conduct regular site meetings and toolbox meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
- With proven experience in condominium or high-rise construction projects
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in condominium or high-rise construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with a minimum value of ₱500M-1B
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
