Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute customer service projects and initiatives from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with the organization's goals and customer expectations.
Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, supervisors, or coordinators.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in customer service operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Has project management experience minimum of 5 years.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
Should have experience with deposit loans and tellering.
Has the ability to multi-task and perform duties with high accuracy and strong degree of urgency.
