This is a core-level Amazon operations role, not an assistant or task-only position. You will take direct ownership of account compliance, cold start, scalable growth, advertising performance, risk control, and long-term account stability. We are not looking for someone who only "knows how to use Seller Central," but someone who has handled real volume, real risk, and real responsibility.
ON-SITE / OFFICE SET-UP (NOT WORK FROM HOME)
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon
Amazon Account Registration & Compliance
●Amazon Seller
●Independently register Amazon Seller accounts (primarily US)
●Understand Professional vs Individual account structures
●Familiar with KYC, identity, and address verification
●Strong awareness of account linkage risks (IP, devices, documentation)
2. Cold Start & Scalable Growth Operations (Core)
●Build scalable Amazon stores from zero
●Design launch strategies (listing, pricing, ad structure)
●Coordinate paid and organic traffic growth
●Control scaling pace to avoid account risk
3. Daily Store Operations
●Seller Central
●Full Seller Central module management
●Order, inventory, logistics, and performance monitoring
●(Business Reports / Excel / Google Sheets)
●Data analysis for operational optimization
4. A-Z Claims & Account Health Control (Core Skill)
●Amazon A-Z Claims
●Independently handle Amazon A-Z Claims
●Amazon (FBA / FBM)
●Understand Amazon liability logic (FBA vs FBM)
●Write high-approval-rate appeal letters in English
●Control ODR, LSR, and Cancellation Rate
5. Negative Review & Customer Experience Management
●Identify removable vs non-removable reviews
●Review Manipulation
●Contact buyers compliantly, avoiding policy violations
●Establish review prevention and customer service SOPs
6. Advertising & Multimedia Traffic Acquisition (Core)
●Independently manage Amazon PPC (SP / SB / SD)
●Handle full lifecycle: launch → scale → stable ACOS
●Optimize ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR
●Prevent ad-driven inventory and account health risks
Requirements
●3+ years Amazon Seller experience
●Proven A-Z claim handling success
●Negative review resolution experience
●Real sales volume experience (mandatory)
