- Create and pitch content ideas for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with marketing goals working closely with Social Media Specialist.
- Write compelling scripts for short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia formats
- Collaborate with production teams during content shoots and video editing
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategies
- Support campaign development with creative storytelling and audience engagement tactics
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms
- Track content performance and provide insights for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar role
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Basic understanding of video production processes
- Experience in the casino or gaming industry is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with scriptwriting tools - can write in both English and Tagalog
- Good grammar and spelling
