- Monitor the achievement of the financial targets of the whole Operation Departments
- Manage the team with regard to their performance and the performance of their portfolio.
- Monitor portfolios and safeguard the Bank's interest and minimize Operational and Credit risk.
- Ensure that the Operation Departments are compliant with the internal policies & procedures of the Bank and that of the BSP.
- Recommend plans, programs, new products, and services to the President to ensure growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the different Operations Department in developing strategies to maintain strong local business relationships, anticipate customer needs, and provide high-quality service at all times.
- Formulate and implement cost-effective measures for the Operation Departments.
- Periodic review of policies, procedures, and processes and recommend enhancement when needed.
- Responsible for the employment, counseling, coaching, performance evaluation, training, motivation, and discipline of personnel under supervision.
- Perform other duties as requested by the President/CEO and the Board.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full–time position and working days from Monday to Friday. Reporting time is flexible but is required a minimum of eight (8) working hours a day.
May be called for duty anytime of the day and can be required to report on Saturdays and Sundays s needed.
