    Summary/ Objective:
    (1) Oversee the Bank's operational processes
    (2) Ensure optimization of the Bank's operating capabilities, and employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives.


    Essential Functions:

    • Monitor the achievement of the financial targets of the whole Operation Departments
    namely, SDID, CRD & BBOD, and its contribution to the overall Business profitability of theBank.

    • Manage the team with regard to their performance and the performance of their portfolio.
    • Monitor portfolios and safeguard the Bank's interest and minimize Operational and Credit risk.
    • Ensure that the Operation Departments are compliant with the internal policies & procedures of the Bank and that of the BSP.
    • Recommend plans, programs, new products, and services to the President to ensure growth and profitability.
    • Collaborate with the different Operations Department in developing strategies to maintain strong local business relationships, anticipate customer needs, and provide high-quality service at all times.
    • Formulate and implement cost-effective measures for the Operation Departments.
    • Periodic review of policies, procedures, and processes and recommend enhancement when needed.

    Other Functions:

    • Responsible for the employment, counseling, coaching, performance evaluation, training, motivation, and discipline of personnel under supervision.
    • Perform other duties as requested by the President/CEO and the Board.
    • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Department Manager – BBOD
    • Department Manager – CRD
    • Department Manager - SDID

    Work Environment:
    Required to be exposed to outside environmental factors and hazards.
    As well as not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work. **) and is exposed to radiation of IT equipment.

    Physical Demands:

    • Prolonged sitting
    • Typing/Writing - Reports needed by the job.
    • Talking – Conduct discussions and meetings with the Bank's personnel, top Management, and the Committee as well as the Board if called.
    • Walking – Transferring from one Department to another.
    • Driving – as needed if traveling to BLUs and Branches

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
    This is a full–time position and working days from Monday to Friday. Reporting time is flexible but is required a minimum of eight (8) working hours a day.

    May be called for duty anytime of the day and can be required to report on Saturdays and Sundays s needed.


    Travel:
    Travel to Branches and BLU for monitoring and meetings.


    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; MBA or master's in related
    the field is a plus
    2. 5+ years significant experience in the industry(Banking and Microfinance); leadership or
    management experience is preferred
