- Checks referral forms per clients' accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of the billing and conducts reconciliation of outstanding balance
- Prepares statement of accounts per client.
- Graduate of B.S. in Accountancy, Financial & Management Accounting or any 4-year Business Course.
- With experience in handling receivable transactions is an advantage but not required.
- Familiar with billing procedures, basic account classification, and journal entries.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Drive Applications, and Quickbooks.
- Meticulous and keen on details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to have Saturday duties.
