DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of online sourcing activities
• Attends and implements different sourcing activities
• Invites and endorses candidates for HR Interviews
• Monitors recruitment sourcing channels
• Manages content and job postings in the sourcing channels
• Presents regular reports regarding offers, candidates for In-House Accreditation Seminar, and candidate statuses
• Prepares new sellers' 201 folders and
• Performance of other Human Resources related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Behavioral Science/Marketing
  • Must be FLEXIBLE to execute the tasks
  • Must have at least 3 months to 6 months of experience in Sourcing/Recruitment
  • Must have a good background with Adobe Photoshop and/or CANVA
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be keen on details and organized
  • Willing to do field works
