• Responsible in safekeeping of pawned items and displayed items and other money related daily transactions.
• Responsible in safekeeping and updating records of daily transactions
• Responsible in giving money to the customers based on the appraised pawned items
• Responsible in collecting money from the customers
• Responsible in renewal items/ Hold items and Redeemed items
• In – charge in counter checking of pawned items (thru pawns ticket) before keeping inside the vault
• Responsible in giving notice letter to all the customers
• Responsible in updating hold- items
• Responsible in checking storage items if it's still in good condition
• Responsible in monitoring and paying of BIR payments and other types of payments/ expenses of each branches ( Meralco/ Notice letter/ water etc.)
• Responsible in safekeeping of Storage display items.
• In – charge in monitoring of Branch supplies and documents for everyday transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness inside the branch
• Responsible in giving daily updated branch reports and attendance to the main office for monitoring purposes
• Responsible in updating main office in regards of Cash Funds/ Disbursement and other branch concerns.
