Job summary

We're looking for a Procurement Analyst with experience working in a diverse & fast-paced environment to join our highly skilled, Global Purchasing team.

Responsibilities

  • Review vendor order confirmations for discrepancies against purchase orders, correct any issues, and update the ERP system before delivery.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards set by regulatory bodies and industry requirements by monitoring their adherence, updating quality certificate attachments in the system, and following up or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports while adhering to documentation and corporate branding standards, ensuring timely submission.
