- Manage a team responsible for evaluating all loan documentary requirements credit documents, loan and collateral documents, borrower documents and other additional requirements.
- Ensure immediate feedback on documentation is given to business partners like Auto Sales and Stores.
- Ensure that all agreed SLAs are achieved. Prevention of risks associated with auto loans business such as financial, operational, and reputational/legal risks.
- At least Fresh Graduate or three (6) months work experience on Loans/cards operations or customer servicing/fulfillment
