- Establish and communicate a clear, compelling vision and strategy for end-to-end finance processes across the global operating model.
- Develop and translate the process strategy into a tangible roadmap with key deliverables, operational goals, and measurable objectives.
- Lead the definition and execution of a global strategy for assigned end-to-end processes, including associated policies, controls, and enabling technologies.
- Develop and implement ongoing governance for process adoption, ensuring compliance and managing business demand through formalized Service/Operating Level Agreements (SLAs/OLAs).
- Design, operationalize, and maintain robust reporting and analytics dashboards to measure the efficacy, efficiency, and control effectiveness of assigned processes.
- Utilize external benchmarking and industry best practices to compare performance against best-in-class standards and identify performance gaps.
- Drive the global deployment and adoption of standardized golden processes, allowing for regional customization only where legally or strategically necessary.
- Lead major process redesign and re-engineering efforts, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and be accountable for their successful implementation.
- Make key decisions related to the process, including target setting, performance evaluation, and financial management of improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with IT and Digital teams to support and influence projects that impact the finance process landscape, ensuring technology solutions enable process excellence.
- Act as a key stakeholder for ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other financial system enhancements, representing the "voice of the process."
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans to ensure high levels of user adoption and minimize resistance to new processes and technologies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and single point of accountability for the end-to-end process performance.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with senior finance leaders, regional controllers, and cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment across the enterprise.
- Mentor and coach finance team members on process excellence principles and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years focused on finance process improvement, transformation, or as a Global Process Owner.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale, cross-functional process improvement projects (e.g., R2R, P2P, O2C) from design to deployment.
- Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and a solid understanding of how technology enables process efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in developing KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.

The Finance Process Excellence Lead is a strategic and influential role responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving our end-to-end Finance processes.
