Job Description:
- Maintain and secure the finance documents at one logistics warehouse.
- Maintain and secure the finance documents at 13th floor library.
- Performs related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accountancy or equivalent;
- With at least 2 years sales documentation and administration experience preferably in the real estate industry;
- Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
- Can interact, relate and coordinate effectively; Computer proficient
