    Overview

    This role will be part of a hybrid support group tasked to ensure purchases and souring demands are efficiently met. Will be part of a group structured to adapt to a volatile environment where processes are fast evolving.

    Functions and Responsibilities

    • Early involvement in purchase request pre-reviews and drafting.
    • Initiate procurement strategies to ensure suitable procurement method has been applied to come up with unquestionable procurement results.
    • Contract process and execution support.
    • Facilitates alignment meetings with internal and external partners to ensure efficient procurement and effective project implementation.
    • Vendor management and partnership improvements.
    • Vendor accreditation support.

    • Broad knowledge of procurement process, vendor management, contracts drafting, and execution.
    • Must be attentive to details, highly organized, and open to new knowledge.
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
    • Deliver quality output under pressure without missing deadlines.
    • Keen to details and highly organized.
    • Must be willing to start immediately.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or any business-related course
    • Have at least 3-5 years of solid work experience in the telecommunication industry as a buyer, and procurement specialist sourcing retail sales, marketing materials, branding, activations, and customer experience-related services.
    • Must possess intermediate negotiation skills, basic strategic planning skills, and intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Know-how on procurement platform and automated sourcing process and MS Office.
