    What you'll do:

    • Oversee Warehouse operations.
    • Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
    • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
    • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
    • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
    • Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
    • Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
    • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

    What we are looking for:
    Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in handling and overseeing warehouse operations.
    • Experience with a manufacturing company is an advantage.
    • Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills Great attention to detail and a result driven approach.
    • Willing to work in Punturin, Valenzuela City.
