    Key Responsibilities

    1. Supplier Sourcing, Negotiation, & Relationship Management

    2. Negotiating Terms - Securing the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Even small per-unit savings add up significantly over time.

    3. Building Relationships - Maintaining strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, prioritize your orders during shortages, and gain access to new products or deals.
    4. Contract Management - Overseeing any contracts with suppliers to ensure both parties meet their agreed-upon terms.

    5. Inventory Management & Order Planning

    6. Monitoring Stock Levels - Regularly checking inventory (often through a digital system or physical counts) to track usage rates of all items.

    7. Forecasting Demand - Analyzing sales data, seasonal trends (e.g., iced drinks in summer), and upcoming promotions to accurately predict what and how much will be needed
    8. Placing Orders - Creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers based on the forecasted needs, ensuring optimal order quantities.
    9. Managing Lead Times - Accounting for the time between placing an order and its delivery to ensure seamless stock continuity.

    Qualifications

    • Hotel & Restaurant Management Course, Business Management Course
    • Fresh Graduate of related course or with at least 6 mos – 1 yr related experience
    • Knows Excel and Spreadsheet, High Organizing/Monitoring Skills, Haggling skills
    • Analytical, diligent, organized, meticulous, able to talk to various suppliers

    Starting Salary

    Entry level at P510/day

    With experience or mid-level starts at 15,000/month
