Job summary
The Billing and Collection Assistant will help maintain PAR and PRL ratings by reminding borrowers to update their monthly amortizations.What you'll do:
- Request for monthly list of Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) and Performing Loans Ratio (PLR).
- Sending regular reminders regarding defaulted amortization payments.
- Assist borrowers in understanding Home Saver Program.
