Job Summary
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail,e-mail.
Making travel arrangements is also part of the job as well as anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless experience.,
Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks such as filing generating reports presentations setting up for meetings reordering supplies. ,
- Making travel arrangements booking flights cars hotel restaurant reservations. ,
- Greet assist visitors maintain polite professional communication via phone e-mail mail using computers generate reports transcribe minutes from meetings create presentations conduct research anticipate needs of others ensure seamless experience.,
- Prior administrative experience.
