Your Role And Responsibilities

As IBM Maximo Administrator, you will manage and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments. This role involves administering MAS applications and services, ensuring system health, and supporting troubleshooting and incident resolution while maintaining security and compliance.

• Administer MAS applications and services (Manage, Monitor, Health, etc.).
• Manage users, roles, and access controls (RBAC, SSO).
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics.
• Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes to MAS environments.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve incidents in collaboration with technical teams.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with MAS UI, CLI, and administrative tools.
• Basic knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes for container management.
• Experience with Maximo configurations, workflows, and security settings.
• Understanding of MAS licensing and entitlements.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Exposure to cloud deployments and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance tuning for MAS.
• Familiarity with automation tools for administrative tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
