    • Manage Move-outs: Conduct move-out inspections, prepare move-out reports, and assist in security deposit settlements.
    • Enlist Units for Lease: Orient unit owners with Rockwell's leasing services, guide them through the registration process.
    • Client Management: Assist existing tenants with lease concerns, coordinate with relevant teams to address client matters promptly.
    • Market Scan: Conduct monthly competitor checks and benchmarking.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience.
