- Review and assess existing and new telecommunications facilities based on existing information and site visit photos
- Complete detailed sketches of existing features and proposed solutions for telecommunication facilities
- Determine design solutions for support of telecommunications equipment and antennas on existing mast or tower structures, within existing facilities, at new field sites, or building rooftops
- Structural design utilizing relevant standards/codes of practice
- Prepare and distribute information to drafting personnel
- Supervision and ownership of projects through the design phases
- Manage the timing of numerous projects to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Liaison with numerous internal and client personnel to obtain necessary information and approvals
- Updating of project tracking systems and tools
- Liaise with third-party contractors for specialized works (geotech, tower/monopole assessment, etc.) to accomplish the final product as required
- To proactively perform various engineering and design projects to achieve the results required by CPS clients
- To carry out duties in a professional manner to promote the reputation of CPS
- To participate in the development & maintenance of systems and standard procedures to assist CPS with the delivery of its projects whilst maintaining the quality of our service

- To gain a better understanding of client processes.
- To become more conversant with project milestones & how they relate to CPS fiscal objectives
- Carry out your duties in a manner which does not adversely affect your own health and safety or that of others

- Undertake any training provided in relation to WHS
- Immediately report all matters which may affect workplace health and safety to your supervisor/manager
- Correctly use any information, training, personal protective equipment, and safety devices provided
- Refrain from intentionally misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for health and safety reasons
- Undertake only those tasks for which you have authorization for and/or the necessary training, and for which all necessary safety arrangements are in place
- Telecommunications experience in the area of infrastructure design with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience in reviewing site survey information and producing site sketches
- The ability to communicate clearly and review design options with team members, designers, and construction personnel.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment, to tight timescales.
- Attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of QA system ISO 9001:2008
- Knowledge of OH&S AS4801 & Environmental ISO 14001
- Telecommunications experience in infrastructure design
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation & practice
- Candidates must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a dayshift schedule
