    Insight Global Health - HR Business Partner (Philippines)

    We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including benefit administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, policy creation, and additional compliance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of HR best practices

    Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

    Onboarding

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
    • Coordinate training and development activities for new employees.

    Policy Creation

    • Work with senior HR leadership to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Communicate policy changes and updates to employees.

    Compliance & Administrative Functions

    • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
    • Assist with other administrative HR functions as needed.

    Benefit Administration

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations in a staffing or healthcare environment.


    • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.


    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
