QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing or any allied field. (e.g.,

Game Design and Development, Multimedia Computing, Digital Animation Technology).

At least 3 years of related work experience in the gaming or Multimedia Computing

industry.

Academic leadership or outcomes-based education (OBE) training.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop a unique, innovative, and forward-thinking Bachelor's Degree

Program in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing.

Ensure compliance with CHED CMO, MORPHE, and other government regulations in

offering academic programs.

Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned

with regulatory standards.

Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty

development planning.

Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.
Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and

School Board.

Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program

relevance and graduate employability.

Ensure smooth development, transition and continuity of the program in coordination with other academic and non-academic offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
