JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Training Officer independently plans, develops, and delivers sales training programs for Agentsand Sales Managers. The role strengthens sales capability, supports leadership development, and ensurestraining initiatives contribute to business and revenue objectives. The position operates with minimalsupervision and collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver salesmanship training programs covering prospecting, needs analysis,presentation, objection handling, closing, and follow-through for new and tenured Agents, alignedwith company goals and customer strategies.
Develop a comprehensive training curriculum to support the formation and growth of an agencystructure.
Design and facilitate leadership and coaching sessions for Sales Leaders.
Collaborate with Territory Heads to identify training needs and skill gaps at all levels of the salesorganization and recommend interventions.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, andrefine programs accordingly.
Direct and oversee the delivery of trainings of the Product Trainers, and prepare them to handleadvanced salesmanship trainings for Agents.
Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, simulations, androle-play activities and ensure standard implementation across the sales organization.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and learning alignment.
Create a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales organization.
