    Big growth ahead for our US healthcare client that recently set up a global shared services center as they open a role for Transition and Stabilization Manager position. This role is responsible for the program-level local execution of transition, go-live, and stabilization activities for global services migrating to the Philippines. This role ensures effective knowledge transfer, readiness validation, deployment coordination, and early operational stability, while operating within enterprise transition methodology and governance. The Manager plays a critical role in hypercare execution, SLA recovery, and adoption support following go-live.

    This role requires full onsite reporting on a nightshift schedule.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Own program-level local execution of Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, including documentation validation, shadowing and reverse-shadowing, and SME coordination.
    • Execute go-live readiness and deployment activities, ensuring staffing, access, process, and system readiness criteria are met.
    • Lead stabilization and hypercare operations post-go-live to support early operational stability and adoption.
    • Monitor SLA performance, quality metrics, and defect trends during stabilization and support recovery actions as needed.
    • Coordinate with U.S./Global stakeholders, GPOs, and functional leaders to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and smooth transitions.
    • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and readiness gaps through established governance forums.
    • Maintain accurate transition documentation, status reporting, and operational tracking in line with enterprise standards.
    • Provide day-to-day guidance to KT analysts, transition resources, or SMEs (where applicable) to ensure disciplined execution.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of transition tools, playbooks, and methodologies based on lessons learned.
    • Lead talent management: workforce planning, role clarity, coaching and mentoring, performance feedback, succession planning, and skills development for Leads and Experts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required; preferrably with Master's degree
    • 5–8 years of relevant experience in transition, stabilization, shared services, or operational delivery environments
    • PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt an advantage
    • Proven experience in transition management, leading and managing complex programs
    • Experience supporting global or captive/in-house shared services transitions strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Transfer execution, Go-live readiness & deployment support, Stabilization and hypercare operations, SLA and quality performance monitoring
    • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, ERP systems, or analytics tools
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar productivity tools
    • Familiarity with transition methodologies, KT models, and operational readiness frameworks
