    Content Administrator, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Content Administrator is expected to:
    • Version Control Management: Maintain and update the
    • Version Control Register, ensuring it aligns with published
    • schedules and the content on the LMS.
    • Data Verification: Regularly check and confirm that the
    • content on the LMS matches the published
    • documentation versions.
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data
    • management and PowerPoint for creating compelling
    • presentations.
    • Content Review and Updates: Continuously review and
    • update educational materials to ensure accuracy and
    • relevance.
    • Learning New Software: Show willingness and aptitude to
    • learn and implement new software solutions, particularly for
    • AI-driven content creation and management.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and
    • meets quality standards.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with
    • educational staff and IT department to address content-
    • related needs and queries.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise
    • records of all content updates and versions
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Proven experience in content administration or similar role
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong data management skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems is desirable
    • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and presentation software is a plus

    • Fluent in English
