- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings to inform asset management strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports on asset inventory, usage, performance, and compliance.
- Document asset-related processes, procedures, and incidents.
- Provide documentation and evidence for audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite o Pivot tables o Manipulating and sorting large amounts of data o Reporting o Analysis
- Experience with ServiceNOW
- Ability to support flexible domestic hours.
- Proven experience in IT asset management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.
- Solid understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) are advantageous.
