    Sales Specialist

    We are seeking a Sales Specialist to plan, direct and lead the development and execution of sales strategies for our client, a multinational medical device company. The role will cover VisMin (Cebu & Davao) territories.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development targets.
    • Develop and execute accurate and ongoing sales plans to achieve sales objectives.
    • Identify opportunities within current and new customer bases and develop sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetrations.
    • Leverage the full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performance.
    • Monitor key market trends and competitive market information and inform sales management of relevant data changes.
    • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas.
    • Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements.
    • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff.
    • Drive value in accounts through disciplined pricing.
    • Understand and confirm customer needs and effectively engage and overcome customer objections.
    • Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers.
    • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or medical-related courses.
    • Direct sales experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical/critical care portfolios.
    • Knowledge and experience in operating room, hospital, and physician's office protocol/conduct is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.
    • Presentation skills/business planning skills.
    • Ability to embrace technology and applications for an effective selling experience.
    • Willingness to travel and do field-work, based in Davao City.

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
