About the role
Accel International Manpower Corporation is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Travel & Airlines Customer Support – Fresh Graduate to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the travel and airlines industry.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat channels
- Providing accurate and timely information about travel and airline products and services
- Assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with travel and airline industry systems and processes
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
