    Scope & Responsibilities:

    Business Development

    • Lead and manage the performance of the Business Development team.
    • Generate merchant leads nationwide.
    • Acquire and onboard key accounts nationwide.
    • Spearhead negotiations with key accounts.
    • Ensure successful onboarding and launch processes for key accounts.

    Market Expansion

    • Conduct business and market immersion studies in potential areas for Expansion Account Management.

    Account Management

    • Build and oversee the performance of the Account Management Team.
    • Conduct quarterly external sales reviews with key accounts and perform data analysis.
    • Manage the performance of the Data Analytics Team.
    • Conduct monthly internal reviews of all partners.

    Reporting and Management

    • Regularly report to management on the performance of the Business Development and Account Management teams.
    • Manage the hiring process for team members in the Business Development and Account Management departments.
    • Ensure employee retention through effective leadership and support.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for all team members.
    • Manage overall departmental KPIs.
    • Organize monthly board meetings with the Board of Directors.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of working experience in Business Development preferably in e-commerce.
    • Proven success in driving sales growth and securing key accounts on a national scale.
    • Proficient in developing and executing strategic initiatives to foster business expansion.
    • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve departmental objectives.
    • Solid understanding of financial metrics and experience in managing KPIs.
    • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic business environments and navigate changing market trends.
    • Innovative problem-solver with a keen attention to detail in overseeing operational processes.
