- Lead and manage the performance of the Business Development team.
- Generate merchant leads nationwide.
- Acquire and onboard key accounts nationwide.
- Spearhead negotiations with key accounts.
- Ensure successful onboarding and launch processes for key accounts.
- Conduct business and market immersion studies in potential areas for Expansion Account Management.
- Build and oversee the performance of the Account Management Team.
- Conduct quarterly external sales reviews with key accounts and perform data analysis.
- Manage the performance of the Data Analytics Team.
- Conduct monthly internal reviews of all partners.
- Regularly report to management on the performance of the Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Manage the hiring process for team members in the Business Development and Account Management departments.
- Ensure employee retention through effective leadership and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions for all team members.
- Manage overall departmental KPIs.
- Organize monthly board meetings with the Board of Directors.
- 5-7 years of working experience in Business Development preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and securing key accounts on a national scale.
- Proficient in developing and executing strategic initiatives to foster business expansion.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve departmental objectives.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and experience in managing KPIs.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic business environments and navigate changing market trends.
- Innovative problem-solver with a keen attention to detail in overseeing operational processes.
