As a Advanced Network Operation Specialist you will be part of the Global Operation Centre that handles the daily operation and support for customer's network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will be:

Daily handling of network related incidents, service requests and changes
Be part of the duty rotation who handles Critical/Major and High Priority tickets
Work with different customers on their network-related issues
Generate monthly, quarterly, yearly reports for network utilization and availability for specific customers
Participate in patching and IOS upgrade activities
Participate in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives for Aeven and its customers

Technical Skills:

Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructure
Advance knowledge in Routing and Switching protocols
General knowledge in handling Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management
Experience in using monitoring tools such as NNMi, SolarWinds, etc
Experience in performing network patching and upgrades
Knowledge and experience in Network Firewall (Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc) is a plus
Knowledge and experience in SDWAN (any platform) is a plus
CCNA/CCNP or other Network Certification is a plus
Experience in working with Network projects is a plus

The network team works closely together with our IT Operations Service divisions in Denmark and Czech Republic, responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers' IT solutions.

Our daily work are based on best practice and high compliance demands, to ensure reliable production and high standards.

We are looking for a service minded Advanced Network Operation Specialist, having the right

supporting attitude and quality mindset, helping us as a super-users to handle our 2nd/3rd level network incident frontline.

Work Schedule

Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
