Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Conduct thorough background investigations for all new hires to ensure quality and compliance.
Employee Relations: Lead the investigation and processing of employee cases, including the formal issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD). Serve as a direct point of contact for employee concerns.
HR Operations & Compliance: Perform regular audits of 201 files to ensure all records are updated and compliant. Continuously improve HR forms, templates, and official correspondence.
Engagement & Culture: Facilitate Employee Engagement initiatives, including the planning and execution of company events, seminars, and training programs.
Compensation & Benefits: Provide administrative support for Payroll processing and the management of employee compensation and benefits packages.
Lifecycle Management: Support the offboarding process for departing employees and ensure the smooth dissemination of HR announcements and process updates across the organization.
MUST HAVE:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a multi-faceted HR role is preferred.
- Experience: With at least 2 years of experience in Generalist
- Recruitment Expertise: Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, from strategic sourcing and screening to conducting background investigations and onboarding.
- LR/ER Experience: Strong grasp of local labor laws with the ability to handle Employee Relations (ER) cases,
- including conducting investigations and drafting formal legal notices (NTE/NOD).
Administrative Precision: High level of organization for auditing 201 files, managing HR documentation, and improving internal forms and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
