- Design and develop Salesforce solutions according business requirements/specifications, quality standards and best practices (configuration vs. coding) to meet project and client objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
- Document solutions and design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce applications
- 5 years of project implementation & support experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio/Vlocity, Integration (API), CI/CD, Flows, configuration, design patters, Salesforce limitations, best practices
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Certified in one or more of the following:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
