    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • 5 to 7 years relevant experience
    • Strong application development experience using Typescript or NodeJS..

    Added Advantage:

    • Relevant experience on JavaScript & ReactJS.
    • Candidate is willing to learn and transition to Typescript or NodeJS if they only have JavaScript & ReactJS experience.
    • Decision making / leadership skills.
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Knowledgeable in Service Desk / ITIL.
    • Java programming language background.
    • Experienced engineer building new capabilities/enhancements within the Twilio platform.
    Responsibilities


    • Candidate will act as the Twilio Enabler (L3), supporting internal users for any of their Twilio platform and engineering concerns.
    • Candidate will gather feedback from the internal Twilio users, to identify their pain points, and from there improve/enhance their experience with the Twilio platform.
    • Candidate will do enhancements within the Twilio platform.
    • Candidate will integrate Java applications to the Twilio platform.
    • Candidate will not be a Twilio user.
