- Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
- Cooking & Execution: Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality output and timely service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and at the proper temperature.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow strict food health and safety regulations (HACCP) and sanitation standards.
- Inventory Tracking: Inform the Supervisor or Manager when stock is running low to ensure no disruption in service.
- Cross-Departmental Support: At Skybar, we work as one unit. You may be asked to assist with housekeeping tasks in the kitchen/dining area or help the floor staff during extreme peak hours.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple orders at once without compromising the quality of the dish.

- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift kitchen supplies.
