- Implements, and manages quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conducts thorough inspections and tests of products, components, and materials to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Analyzes quality data, including inspection results, non-conformities, and customer feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Leads investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Maintains comprehensive records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.
- Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably a licensed engineer.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Background in ISO 9000.
- Knowledge in the extrusion process or PVC compounding is an advantage.
