Position: Accounting Associate
Location: University Pad Residences U-Belt - 861 Padre Campa St., Sampaloc, Manila
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software is a plus
- With or without experience (we're happy to train the right candidate).
