    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Implementing efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation
    • Supporting the project team in developing business cases, as well as in developing and documenting functional and process designs
    • Optimizing current automation techniques, processes and design for process automation and automation control for various processes across the organization
    • Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems,
    • Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally.
    • Work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical and business process automation deliverables.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 2 -3 years of experience in a similar field.
    • Product life cycle management knowledge
    • Experience in any of the following programming language/s: Java, Python, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or any similar scripting language in acknowledging the cutting-edge technology
    • Self-starter with Positive Attitude and can share discoveries with passion & enthusiasm
    • Prior experience in Automation Tools such as Power Automate and Workato
    • Experience automating manual workflows
    • Must have good Presentation Skills
    Knowledgeable in DevOps is a plus
