    The responsibilities associated with the position include:

    Executive & Board Meeting Management

    • Facilitate the preparations for ManCom, ExCom, and Board meetings based on inputs from the CEO and CSO.
    • Prepare, consolidate, review, cascade, and deliver the meeting agenda and presentation materials for executive meetings.
    • Act as gatekeepers of quality and messaging of the materials to be presented at the executive meetings.
    • Participate and align discussions of strategic priorities and urgent issues/matters to ensure efficient meeting outcomes.
    • Track agreements and directions from previous meetings to ensure closure of action items.

    Strategic Advisory & Enablement

    • Act as an internal advisor to functional teams, helping structure their business cases and board papers to ensure "decision-readiness" prior to formal submission.
    • Own the corporate strategic narrative, ensuring that distinct functional updates tell a cohesive story.
    • Oversee the integration of change management frameworks into key strategic projects.

    Strategic Reporting & Synthesis

    • Analyze and abstract insights from performance monitoring that enables a feedback-control mechanism for functional owners and executives.
    • Design templates and regularly update the executive dashboard/reporting system for management.
    • Provide analysis and insights to the business strategy and planning inherent to achieving the SNAP strategic agenda.

    Alignment & Coordination

    • Align initiatives and timelines with SNAP Shareholders; in case of conflict, recommend resolutions to the CSO and CEO.
    • Highlights critical/bottleneck resources to the ManCom for optimization.
    • Support the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, OHS, Environmental, and Asset).

    Auction Facilitation

    • Monitor and track upcoming Green Energy auctions.
    • Analyze auction documents, bid guidelines, and tender conditions.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders for go/no-go decisions based on technical, commercial, and regulatory feasibility.
    • Manage bidder registration, EMD submission, and compliance documentation.
    • Bid Management & Submission
    • Lead the preparation and submission of techno-commercial bids in line with auction requirements.
    • Coordinate with technical, financial, legal, and regulatory teams for accurate bid inputs.
    • Ensure timely and error-free bid submission on designated e-procurement portals.

    Post-Bid Support

    • Support bid evaluation processes, respond to clarifications, and participate in negotiations if applicable.
    • Handover awarded projects to execution teams with complete bid and contractual documentation.
    • Government Relations & Strategic Partnerships
    • Assist in liaising with key government and industry agencies to support corporate governance and strategic development initiatives.
    • Represent the Strategy office in coordination meetings with agencies including but not limited to the Philippine Chamber of Commerce, Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC), Department of Development, and the PPP Center.
    • Monitor policy developments from these agencies that may impact SNAP's strategic direction.

    Requirements

    • Capacity to do research work: power markets, technological advancements, policies, regulations, etc.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in executive governance, corporate planning, or corporate strategy.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams or leading project working groups is required.
    • Track record in liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies, or working on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

    Education:

    • Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance or any related course with significant background in the power industry.
    • Master's Degree (MBA or related field) is highly preferred.
