About the role
BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team at our BREADTALK SM Makati location in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Kitchen Staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and assembling our delicious range of breads, pastries and other baked goods.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all work surfaces, equipment, and utensils are kept clean and sanitized
- Maintain stock levels of ingredients and notify management of any shortages
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee the highest quality products
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide support across other kitchen duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- With or without work experience you are encouraged to apply
