IT Audit Department Head | Lead, Innovate, Strengthen Governance
Are you a seasoned IT Audit leader ready to take the helm? Join our dynamic banking organization and drive a high-impact IT Audit function that safeguards systems, strengthens controls, and ensures regulatory excellence.
Your Mission
Lead the IT Audit Department in executing a risk-based audit plan aligned with global standards and BSP regulations. Partner closely with the CAE and senior management to deliver timely, high-quality audit insights that enhance governance, risk management, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead IT risk assessments and oversee end-to-end audit engagements
- Review and finalize audit programs, working papers, and reports
- Ensure compliance with Professional Standards for Internal Auditing, ISACA IT Audit Standards, and frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO
- Drive improvements in audit techniques, efficiency, and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT Audit team
- Present key audit findings to Senior Management and the Audit & Compliance Committee
- Ensure adherence to BSP regulations (IT Risk, BCM, Information Security) and sustainability standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
- CPA and/or CISA preferred
- Must have an actual Minimum 5 years' experience in handling IT audit, and banking operations
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of management
