RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all Aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process.
• Enter all client information into client database.

General Requirements-Good command of the English language-Must be 18 years of age and above-A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcamDevice Specification-Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required-Windows or Mac is acceptable-At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space availableNetwork Requirements-10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
