The Transition Lead is responsible for executing Knowledge Transfer (KT), shadowing, go-live readiness, and early-life stabilization activities for functions transitioning into the captive Global Capability Center.
+ Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (required)
* Masters degree (preferred)
* Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), PMP, or PRINCE2 (preferred)
