    Job Description:

    • Prepares daily/weekly accomplishment report
    • Review of plans, shop drawings, product submittal, and design documents for implementations and to avoid conflict with other trades
    • Review and coordinate/recommend approval of contractors shop drawings including change orders
    • Coordinate/facilitate request for information and approval (RFI/RFA)
    • Attend and preside coordination meeting with clients, consultants, & contractors
    • Monitor schedule and recommend mitigation measures on delayed works
    • Preferably with interior design experience
    • Must have a strong familiarity with architectural Interior Design trends and developments
    • Knowledgeable in the development of Pre-Design Phase such as Bubble Diagram,
    • Matrix diagram, User Analysis, and Workflow Diagram
    • Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, and Enscape
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Trello
    • Responsible in weekly presentation report on project assignment
