- Fully understanding and effectively delivering all training content.
- Making sure that the training timeline is followed, and training topics and schedules are aligned.
- Creating and modifying training materials.
- Incorporating various training approaches, methods, and strategies to make training more effective.
- Reporting training progress to the Training Manager in a timely and organized manner.
- Proposing training improvement plans.
- Must have a Mid to Senior English Proficiency Level
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Must have at least a year of BPO Experience (Healthcare Accounts)
- Must be flexible with schedules.
- Must have knowledge in Medical Billing and other Healthcare-related processes.
