- Collaborate with Internal Audit team and apply end-to-end internal audit methodologies, including planning, scoping, and delivery.
- Draft internal audit reports, including recommendations to the business.
- Prepare reports to the Executive and Board, and Audit & Risk Committees.
- Spearhead investigations when needed.
- People management.
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- CPA required.
- At least 5 years of experience in audit, assurance, and risk management.
- At least 5 years of experience in internal audit in a manufacturing, industrial, or financial services company.
- Must have experience in internal audit for the Philippines and other countries.
- From Big 4 Accounting Firm.
- Must have exemplary skills in communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
