    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifying KOLs: Able to source and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
    • Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
    • Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand to boost overall impression
    • Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results (IMP、CPM,.etc)

    Job Requirements

    1. Core Competencies & Skills

    • Negotiation & Deal-Closing : Possess excellent negotiation skills with the core objective of securing the best possible results at the most appropriate price .
    • Execution & Speed (for small KOLs) : Demonstrate the ability to work fast and efficiently when managing a high volume of small KOL partnerships, ensuring full execution closure from outreach to final delivery.
    • Professional Presentation & Strategic Negotiation (for large KOLs) : Must be highly presentable and capable of conducting complex, high-stakes negotiations, including face-to-face meetings when required to secure partnerships with major KOLs.
    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Exhibit outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and maintain effective collaboration with KOLs of all tiers

    2. Experience & Resources

    • Seniority Flexibility : The position is open to both junior and senior-level candidates .
    • Resource Advantage (for senior roles) : Preference will be given to senior candidates who bring their own established network of large KOL resources , enabling them to contribute immediately to high-value partnerships.
