Job summary
The TA Onboarding Specialist I performs accurate and timely end-to-end Onboarding process from Job offer up to 1st day deployment for both Corporate and Mass positions. Ensures operational target are met and must keep candidate experience as the top priority.Responsibilities
- Responsible in the process of Onboarding candidates which includes Employment verification, Pre-employment medical Exam, Pre-employment requirements, and Contract signing
- Collaborates with Recruiters, Business unit, and Hiring Managers that are involved in the Onboarding process of the candidates to ensure seamless and positive experience of candidates
- Deals with the candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment
